Someone to talk to

You don't have to carry it alone

Book a confidential session with one of our counsellors. Whatever you're carrying, there is someone here to sit with you in it.

What it is

A Conversation, Not a Verdict

Find guidance, encouragement, and support through a caring community committed to your spiritual, emotional, and personal growth.

Sessions are held with one of our counsellors — members of the workforce who serve on the counselling team. They are people you will already recognise from Sundays, and the conversation stays with them.

Things students come to talk about

  • Faith questions and doubt
  • Anxiety, low mood, or burnout
  • Relationships and friendships
  • Family and home
  • Academic pressure
  • Grief and loss
  • Habits you want to break
  • Something you have not said out loud yet

Nothing on this list is too small to bring, and nothing off it is too much.

What you say stays between you

Sessions are private. What you share stays with the counsellor you share it with — it does not go to the executive team, your department, or anyone else in the fellowship.

If you need help right now

This form is checked by people, not machines, so it is not the fastest way to reach someone in an emergency. Call or message the counselling team directly instead:

Someone from the counselling team will reply to arrange a time

Only as much as you want to put in writing — you can leave the detail for the session.

This opens WhatsApp with your answers already written out — tap send in WhatsApp to deliver it.

Would you rather someone simply prayed for you? Send a prayer request instead.
